It offers fun for all with its 30 rides and games. This park offers adventures for everyone in the family. It’s open from 9 to 5 every day except Christmas. Visitors can choose to ride Barry Mundy’s remote boats, the carousel or the Booma Zooma.
Even the people who live here visit this amusement park and never tire of it. It’s a day to get away from it all and kick up your heels and have some fun. Who wouldn’t want to be thrilled as they cascade down the original roller coaster track dated back from 1935? Or better yet, get a few belly laughs as you pass through the Crazy Mirror attraction distorting the bodies of whoever is currently passing in front of the mirrors. Then it’s on to a Tea Party. Not your typical afternoon tea but if offers a chance to spin around in your favorite tea cup.
Even if you’re not a thrill seeker you can ride the less stressful rides like the carousel adorned with colorful horses, the Bizzy Buggies where you can take a Sunday drive around the track or catch a glimpse of the entire park from the 1960 Ferris Wheel. If you need to take a breather from the heat stop by the air conditioned Funnybone Flicks and enjoy shows that will be sure to make you laugh.
For those looking for a slower paced activity, check out the Platypus Pond! Here you can play 18 holes of mini golf and challenge your friends to see who can make the first hole in one. The smaller member of the family can also have fun as they ride the Octupus and Mozzi Musta.
Aussie World offers a variety of stores to visit while in the amusement park. They have a souvenir shop, bakery, doll store, Fudge Cottage (Yummy) and a flower shack and must more. The Sunshine Coast of Australia can boost about having one of the great amusement parks. It’s an attraction you will surely want to visit when visiting this area.
